You can then share that folder with others and they will be able to open your InqScribe document and your media will be automatically linked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here&#8217;s the basic procedure:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Create a new folder in your cloud service<\/li><li>Save your media file to the new folder<\/li><li>Start InqScribe, select the media, and then save the InqScribe document in the same folder next to the media<\/li><li>Share the folder<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Have your colleague open the shared folder.  Now when they open the InqScribe document in the shared folder, the media should be automatically opened.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NOTE: You may need to make sure your media file is synced to your local computer.
